As a Provisioning Operations Analyst, you will be tasked with fulfilling provisioning requests and keeping customer entitlements aligned with what each customer purchased, as part of the Provisioning Operations team within Customer Experience (CX), which is responsible for provisioning, extending, and terminating customer access to SentinelOne products and services, and for the accuracy and compliance of customer entitlements. These activities are tied to revenue recognition, so the team flexes its schedule around month and quarter-end deadlines to keep service levels strong. What Will You Do?
