At least 1 year of overall professional experience in functional analysis and testing, ideally in the financial market industry. Hands-on experience in DLT, tokenization (ERC standards, tokenized securities), or digital Highly analytical mind-set and creative, solution- oriented thinking – You are able to actively listen and quickly understand arguments and goals of different stakeholder and to transform them into solution designs. Excellent communication skills – You explain the business/functional topics in a manner understandable to people without the business background.
