We are looking for an independent IT Application Support Specialist to provide support for server applications and users in a Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Azure environment. The role includes managing user accounts and permissions ( Active Directory ) and supporting ERP systems K2 and SAP by collecting requirements and communicating with external vendors. In addition to technical support, he/she will act as an IT Booster – helping employees make the most of IT tools by. He/she will also participate in IT projects, including the implementation of new systems. Responsibilities: Provide hands-on end-user support for hardware, software, and digital workplace tools. Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 and Teams as core collaboration platforms.…
