PRACOVNÍ NÁPLŇ • podpora recepce v ALPHALABS v Praze, • vedení kalendáře a zakládání karet klientů v SW Xdent; • komunikace s klienty, vyřizování telefonátů, e-mailů a chatu – ticketing, potvrzování termínů návštěv a poskytování všeobecných informací; • administrativa – kontrola platby faktur za léčbu, záznamů a reporting; • práce na PC s programy: Xdent, Helios, IDS, sken, Giriton, Freshworks, MS365.
