Deputy Head of Support Zákaznická podpora (konzultace) během fáze implementace produktu a následná podpora API funkcionality pro konkrétní poskytovatele. Poskytování technické podpory interním týmům a externím klientům. Účast na řešení kritických incidentů: koordinace vyšetřování, analýza příčin selhání a příprava zpráv. Organizace procesů (Jira/Help Desk). Koordinace práce týmu. Reporting. Požadujeme praxi v oboru a znalost angličtiny a ruštiny. Místo výkonu práce: Praha, Česko. Mzda: od 55000 Kč/měsíc.
