AI Transformation Consultant

About this job

What you’ll do Diagnose where AI creates value across the client’s value chain; cut hype from what pays in ~90 days. Design and run transformation engagements: workshops, hands-on enablement, and multi-week delivery programs. Rebuild concrete processes (ops, finance, sales, HR, support, engineering) around trusted company knowledge and AI agents — not UI-locked vendor workflows. Stand up governed foundations on Keboola (and the client’s warehouse stack) so people and agents share one source of how work actually runs. Facilitate change: stakeholders, ownership, risk, and human-approval guardrails so trust scales with automation. Coach client teams to independence; measure ROI per process and kill what doesn’t pay.…
