Tasks and Responsibilities 1. Discovery and Requirements Actively participate in payroll discovery and requirements workshops. Document current processes and translate business needs into clear, testable functional requirements. Map end-to-end processes and perform fit-gap analysis, identifying risks, dependencies, controls, and solution options. 2. Solution Design and Validation Represent Payroll in solution-design discussions and confirm that proposed processes and configurations meet business and control requirements. Support data mapping, migration, validation, reconciliations, and integration requirements across HR, time, benefits, Finance, and banking. 3. Testing and Delivery Develop and review test scenarios, expected results, and acceptance criteria.…
