Voor ons maintenance team nacht te versterken zoeken wij een Supervisor Maintenance 2 ploegen. Je start bij DHL AVIATION in een traject met opleidingen, coaching, opvolging,... Jouw takenpakket (onder begeleiding) • Je houdt toezicht en organiseert, coördineert en leidt een team Techniekers zodat de operationele doelstellingen dagelijks behaald worden. • Je geeft performance dialogue’s, teammeetings en hebt one-to-one gesprekken met jouw team. • Je bent actief betrokken met jouw team en staat in voor alle nodige communicatie via dagelijkse meetings, teammeetings en evaluaties. • Je kijkt erop toe dat alle handelingen van je team gebeuren volgens de gangbare veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures. • Je staat mee in voor een correcte handover tussen de shiften.…
