⭐️ THE HEAD OF SALES BELGIUM ROLE ⭐️ Our ambition is to become the market leader in Belgium by 2030. As Head of Sales Belgium, you will own Alan’s commercial growth in the country. You will define and execute our sales strategy, lead and scale the sales organisation, and establish the operating model needed to deliver sustainable, ambitious growth and achieve this ambition. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will develop the team and its managers while remaining personally involved in the most strategic and complex opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning the Belgian sales strategy, revenue plan, and performance against growth targets. - Leading and developing a sales organisation of approximately 40 people, including managers and individual contributors.…
