Als postoverste ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor jouw team operatoren op de werkvloer. Je zorgt voor een vlot, efficiënt en dynamisch verloop van de operationele activiteiten binnen jouw shift. Daarbij neem je een actieve en sturende rol op in de volgende domeinen: Onboarding & coaching van nieuwe teamleden: je zorgt voor een warm welkom en een goede start binnen het team. Planning: je zorgt voor opvolging van de dagelijkse planningen, covert ziektemeldingen en vult extra aanvragen in. Uitwerken van duidelijke procedures en werkinstructies: je stelt efficiënte processen op en controleert via gerichte kwaliteitschecks of deze correct worden toegepast.…
