We zoeken een freelance Senior Technical Service Delivedry Lead die de continuïteit van de bedrijfskritische Navis-, Camco- en AEMS-omgevingen verzekert. Je neemt de operationele ondersteuning en incidentopvolging in handen en stemt vlot af met interne en externe stakeholders. Wat ga je doen? Het verzorgen van de dagelijkse service delivery voor de NAC-omgeving, inclusief incidentopvolging, probleembeheer en beperkte functionele verbeteringen. Het ondersteunen van bedrijfskritische terminalapplicaties zoals Navis, Camco en AEMS. Het beheren en opvolgen van de supportqueue, inclusief correcte classificatie, prioritering en opvolging van meldingen. Het opnemen van eigenaarschap over kritieke incidenten en het coördineren van een adequate oplossing.…
