Als administratief medewerker ondersteun je de contractormanager in onder andere volgende zaken: Je fungeert mee als aanspreekpunt voor vragen van zowel contractors als onze klant (de opdrachtgever) Je ondersteunt contractorfirma’s en opdrachtgevers tijdens de aanmeldingsprocedures van nieuwe medewerkers, in nauwe samenwerking met de onthaaldienst Je geeft de nodige ondersteuning bij de organisatie en opvolging van de verplichte veiligheidsopleiding voor externe medewerkers Je verzorgt het administratieve beheer van het platform voor tijdsregistratie van contractors en de evaluatie van contractorfirma’s Je stelt tweewekelijks een nieuwsbrief op voor contractors in samenwerking met dienst Interne Communicatie Je helpt mee met de organisatie van periodieke infosessies en de jaarlijkse…
