Your role & work environment As an Associate within the Midcorp M&A team, you will play a key role in advising medium-sized and large companies on strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and other corporate finance assignments. Based in Brussels, you will join a team of experienced M&A professionals operating within ING Business Banking. The Midcorp M&A team works closely with ING's Wholesale Banking M&A team, creating one of the leading Corporate Finance platforms in Belgium.
