Als teamleader elektro maak je deel uit van het Maintenance team in Antwerpen. In de rol van eerstelijnsverantwoordelijke is het jouw doel een brug te slaan tussen de verschillende afdelingen, alsook het aansturen van de maintenance technicians en de onderaannemers. Hierbij stel je veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid steeds voorop. Je werkt samen met andere teams, onderhoudstechniekers en operations om het curatieve en correctieve onderhoud efficiënt voor te bereiden, in te plannen en uit te voeren. Je speelt een cruciale rol voor het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van het maintenance plan, documentatiebeheer, registraties van het onderhoud en opvolging via het CMMS (meer specifiek Maximo).…
