Een Supervisor Day Ops organiseert en leidt een team van Loader/Sorters en draagt hierbij de verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit op zijn/haar area. Dit betekent dat hij zijn/haar team aanstuurt, rekening houdend met de wijzigende omstandigheden. Wat zijn je voornaamste taken? • Je volgt operationele informatie op, interpreteert het en vertaalt de essentie in duidelijke werkinstructies voor je team (o.a. via floor flashes, performance dialogues). • Je organiseert en superviseert het werk op je area. • Je fungeert als liaison voor HR-vragen, stelt de vakantieplanning voor je team op en je zorgt voor een warm onthaal van nieuwe teamleden. • Je motiveert, stuurt en begeleidt je medewerkers en stimuleert een goede samenwerking binnen je team.…
