Senior Technical Background: Proven track record as a Technical Lead or Architect in a Financial Systems (F&A) environment. Leadership Traits: Demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority, showing high levels of reliability and proactive ownership. Communication: Fluent English; ability to translate complex technical architectural concepts into business-friendly language.
