The Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting the establishment, implementation and continuous improvement of the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Program by maintain and enhancing EHS procedures, systems, training, equipment and documentation. This position reports to the Environmental, Health & Safety Manager and is part of the EHS team located in Leuven and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Monitor and maintain EHS performance, including tracking key performance indicators and performing site tours. Facilitate in the preparation and reporting of EHS metrics. Lead incident investigations and perform root cause analysis using recognized methodologies (e.g. 5-why, fact tree analysis, …).…
