Als Construction Manager volg je meerdere projecten in uitvoeringsfase op. Je stuurt de werfleiders aan en je bent de spilfiguur tussen de bouwheer, het studiebureau en de aannemers. Concreet ziet jouw takenpakket er als volgt uit: Als Construction Manager bereid je de uitvoering van de projecten voor. Je legt de algemene planning vast rekening houdende met de verschillende projectonderdelen (multi-disciplinair) en deelprojecten. Tijdens de uitvoeringsfase volg je de voortgang van de projecten op en stuur je de planning bij waar nodig. Je waakt over de budgetten en staat in voor cost control, waarbij je project risico’s identificeert en beheersbaar houdt. Je staat borg voor de veiligheid en je zorgt ervoor dat de aannemers de correcte methoden voor veilig werken toepassen.…
