Opdracht Als commercieel assistent manager in onze winkels, Leidt en coördineert je de dagelijkse werking van het team. Als dirigent organiseer je de goederenstroom op de verkoopvloer en voert je de werking van de vers teams uit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanvullen van de rekken en het weergeven van promoties, zodat onze klanten gemakkelijk kunnen winkelen. Je bent polyvalent samen met medewerkers van andere afdelingen, want wij hechten veel waarde aan samenwerking. Bij afwezigheid van de afdelingsmanager neem je het operationele gedeelte over. Je bent ook betrokken bij de organisatie van de uitvoering van verkoopacties: seizoensartikelen, evenementen, enz. Kortom, je staat in het middelpunt van de actie! En omdat onze klanten koning zijn, zet je hen altijd op de eerste plaats.…
