Je staat in voor een vlotte onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers: je zorgt voor een warm onthaal, duidelijke uitleg en goede opvolging, zodat ze zich snel thuis voelen in het team.Je staat ook in voor de organisatie van stages, waarbij je niet alleen het contact met scholen en het inplannen van stagiairs opvolgt, maar ook de relaties onderhoudt met het sociaal middenveld en andere externe partners. Je bouwt een netwerk uit van relevante contacten en zorgt ervoor dat Carrefour actief betrokken blijft bij initiatieven rond werkervaring, opleiding en tewerkstelling. Je ziet erop toe dat alle gewerkte uren, afwezigheden en aanpassingen tijdig en nauwkeurig worden ingegeven, zodat de loonafsluiting vlot en correct kan verlopen.…
