Opdracht Als Afdelingsmanager bij Carrefour Belgium beheer je een of meerdere afdelingen in de winkel. In deze functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Winkeldirecteur. Je werkt mee op het terrein en bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van je afdeling. Verantwoordelijkheidsgebied Je stelt de klant centraal bij elk initiatief dat genomen wordt: de aantrekkelijke uitstraling van je productgamma springt in het oog bij bestaande en nieuwe klanten. Als manager en coach, stuur je je medewerkers aan en creëer je een hecht team. Je motiveert en begeleidt hen in hun professionele ontwikkeling. Commercieel denken en handelen is je tweede natuur.
