Missie Als IT Change Manager bij Carrefour ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse operationele Change Management proces. Jouw belangrijkste missie is het overzien van de volledige levenscyclus van Request for Change (RFC's), waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat de juiste autorisaties worden verkregen voordat technische implementaties plaatsvinden en je de verstoring voor de business minimaliseert. In deze dynamische rol treed je ook op als Change Supervisor en Major Incident Manager. Dit betekent dat je de technische implementatieplanning begeleidt, kritieke IT-storingen oplost en de organisatie helpt zich soepel aan te passen aan nieuwe omstandigheden en uitdagingen.…
