Missie Als Verantwoordelijke Accounting & Purchase neem je een absolute sleutelpositie in binnen ons departement. Je beheert het volledige Procure-to-Pay (P2P) proces en stuurt het bijbehorende P2P-team aan. Je treedt hiermee in de voetsporen van een collega die na 40 jaar dienst met pensioen gaat. Je bouwt processen om tot een vlotte, gedigitaliseerde waardeketen. Daarbij sta je open voor de implementatie van nieuwe technologieën, waaronder AI. Verantwoordelijkheden Team Management: Je geeft leiding aan een afdeling van 22 tot 25 medewerkers (EFT) verdeeld over vier kernteams. Procesoptimalisatie & Innovatie: Je stelt de bestaande werking kritisch in vraag en beheert continu optimalisatieprojecten.…
