Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwelkomen van klanten, het soepel laten verlopen van hun passage bij de kassa en de algemene tevredenheid van hun ervaring in onze winkel. Je rapporteert aan de winkeldirecteur en neemt bij zijn afwezigheid de nodige initiatieven en beslissingen om de winkel goed te laten functioneren. Verantwoordelijkheidsgebied Je zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten goed geïnformeerd zijn en je wisselt hun suggesties en opmerkingen uit met jouw team.
