The role acts as a trusted partner to local management teams, providing guidance on acquisitions, disposals, lease transactions, building reconstructions, expansions, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects. The position ensures alignment with Group Real Estate policies, governance standards, and approval processes while promoting best practices across the organisation.
