The Workforce Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing staffing plans within the organization (Motor & Home). This role combines analytical skills with operational insight and project management capabilities, focusing on supporting an efficient and flexible workforce, including the implementation of transformation initiatives and new projects. What you’ll be doing: 1. Data Analysis and Planning Development: Develop various workforce scenarios, including multi-skilling and organization of front/back-office functions.
