We’re seeking a motivated IT Program Manager who will oversee end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business goals. Your day-to-day mission: Lead and develop a team of IT Project Managers to support strong performance and delivery excellence. Build strong stakeholder relationships across all organisational levels. Oversee a portfolio of complex projects, ensuring scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives are met. Maintain project plans and forecasts, monitoring and managing resources, costs, risks, and dependencies. Lead large-scale, highly complex activities across squads, IT, and business divisions to achieve strategic objectives.…
