Tijdens je stage ondersteun je het HRL-team bij verschillende operationele en projectmatige HR-thema’s. Je krijgt de kans om mee te werken aan processen die rechtstreeks impact hebben op medewerkers, leidinggevenden en nieuwe collega’s. Opvolgen van verplichte trainingen: rapportages voorbereiden, deadlines bewaken en communicatie naar medewerkers en leidinggevenden ondersteunen. Uitwerken en verbeteren van de onboardingflow voor nieuwe medewerkers en stageplaatsen, met aandacht voor duidelijke stappen, verantwoordelijkheden en opvolging. Ondersteunen van de onboarding van praktikanten en stagiairs, zodat zij een vlotte en warme start krijgen binnen Bosch Tienen.…
