As Practice Director, Platform Engineering & BI, you will own the vision, the commercial agenda, and the talent agenda of the practice. You will be the locomotive: the person who sets the direction, recruits and develops top engineers, and turns opportunities into a profitable business line. We need a builder, not a caretaker.
