About the role Our Technology Process Development team, composed of 7 people, is integrated in the Research and Innovation (R&I) department within the Peroxides Global Business Unit, and focuses on development, scale-up, industrialization, and deployment of new process technologies in collaboration with researchers, plant teams, project managers, R&I leadership and suppliers. As a R&I Process Engineer who is passionate about research & innovation, you will contribute to the Global Business Unit's (GBU's) target in maintaining our leading edge technology and making process improvements through technical expertise and collaboration.
