‎ ‎ As a Young Potential within Contract Logistics, you will begin an inspiring journey of one year. During this year, we will provide you with comprehensive exposure to all aspects of warehouse operations. Beyond learning the fundamentals, you will progressively develop into a foreman role, where you will lead a team and gain hands-on experience in managing day-to-day operational challenges. After you have fully mastered the responsibilities of a foreman, we will provide you with comprehensive training in all aspects of the supervisor role, preparing you to take on broader operational and leadership responsibilities.
