This role is designed for individuals who have a passion for customer service and want to support our Dutch-speaking clients. As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities Manage incoming customer inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy. Troubleshoot basic technical issues, providing effective solutions or escalating as necessary. Communicate clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
