Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden je staat in voor het aannemen en opmaken van de expeditiedossiers (van A tot Z); je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klanten en draagt actief bij aan het behalen van vooropgestelde KPI’s; je geeft laad- en losopdrachten aan terminals en/of magazijnen; je doet facturatie; je volgt de gehele zending op van vertrek tot aankomst; je hebt contacten met scheepsagenturen, transporteurs, klanten …; je staat in voor een feilloze klantenopvolging en administratie.
