Job Req Number: 113695 Time Type: Full Time Move forward as Logistics Officer, Customer Operations in Desteldonk You get it done As a Customer Service Agent, you are responsible for the end-to-end operational follow-up of logistics processes.You make sure that orders are correctly processed and followed up, and that all information needed for inbound and outbound flows in the warehouse is accurate and up to date. You also coordinate pre- and on-carriage transport, so that goods move smoothly through the supply chain. In this role, you are the link between the customer and internal departments such as warehouse, transport and customs.
