About the role Our Order Fullfilment Team, composed of 8 people, is integrated in the EMEA Supply Chain Department, and focuses on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders, while overseeing inventory management, coordinating transportation providers, and proactively resolving logistics issues and supply chain disruptions. The Back Office Representative is in charge of ensuring that all Customers are supplied on time (combination of availability of transport means and product). The function targets a proactive approach so that problems are anticipated and avoided rather than solved.
