Wat zijn de taken van een Key Account Manager bij DHL Global Forwarding? • Je beheert een gedefinieerde portefeuille bestaande uit strategische klanten • Je bouwt jouw portefeuille uit d.m.v. gerichte prospectie • Je analyseert de behoefte van de klant, geeft advies en bent creatief in het uitwerken van voorstellen op maat in samenwerking met jouw operationele collega’s en volgt deze ook op • Je onderhandelt en negotieert contracten • Je verzorgt maandelijkse of kwartaal besprekingen met jouw klanten op een strategisch niveau • Je deelt markt informatie zowel naar klanten en prospecten toe als intern; • Je rapporteert jouw klantenbezoeken en opportuniteiten in ons CRM systeem • Je neemt deel aan beurzen, seminaries, sectorgebonden initiatieven en relevante netwerkactiviteiten.…
