COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT In this role, you'll oversee fit, workmanship approvals, graphic execution, and product documentation for our jersey and sweat categories. Working closely with Design and Product Management, you'll support the development process from concept to final product, ensuring all garments meet quality, fit, and technical standards. COSTS You'll manage and drive the target costing process for your assigned styles, partnering closely with Sourcing, Buying, and Quality to achieve the optimal balance of product innovation, margin, and price. Throughout the entire product lifecycle, you’ll maintain clear, proactive communication with our suppliers, challenge cost drivers, and identify optimization opportunities to ensure commercially competitive and premium products.
