Stellenbeschreibung Als Head of ​Software Transformation (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich ​für die Weiterentwicklung und das Wachstum unseres Service Angebots rund um System Design ​und Architecture, sowie ​Software Modernisation. Du begeisterst dich ​für Enterprise ​Architektur und agile ​Softwareentwicklung, erarbeitest Strategien für deinen Geschäftsbereich, stärkst Kundenbeziehungen und die Marktposition von SQUER. Zudem förderst und inspirierst du dein Team ​als charismatische Führungspersönlichkeit. Deine Aufgaben Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer (Wachstums-) Strategie für den Geschäftsbereich.
