To enhance our Commercial Excellence department at our Vienna site, we are seeking a dedicated Sales Excellence Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis. In this position you will drive the shift towards a more market‑ and customer‑centric sales approach across the group, derived from clear strategic priorities for markets and customer segments. You support divisions in translating these into more structured, insight‑driven and effective sales practices along the customer journey and act as a central driver of commercial excellence and transformation across divisions.
