Inside Service Sales Specialist

About this job

The Inside Service Sales Specialist is responsible for selling new or renew existing, Company Service Contracts and Service offerings via telephone or electronic means to customers in your assigned territory within EMEA. You will also generate prospective customers through cold calling, qualify and follow up sales leads from all channels. A strong focus on lead qualification and lead prospecting is essential, as well as building and maintaining a good relationship with our customers. Sales can be made through multiple channels, e.g. inbound and/or outbound sales activities. It is important that you listen and respond to customer needs to drive new service innovations and growth.
