This role brings together Commercial Excellence, Business Data & Insights, AI Enablement, Omnichannel Excellence and Operational Excellence. Its purpose is to make the Immunology organization more future-ready and impactful through reliable insights, more efficient processes and the disciplined execution of strategic initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: Ensure and continuously improve the quality of commercial data. Harmonize KPI, dashboard and management reporting across relevant teams and business units. Conduct analyses, e.g. of field force interaction plans and multichannel customer journeys. Define appropriate KPIs and measurement frameworks for pilot projects and new marketing approaches.…
