LOHN- UND GEHALTSABRECHNUNG In dieser abwechslungsreichen Rolle unterstützt du bei der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung von einzelnen Red Bull Tochtergesellschaften in Österreich. Hierfür stehst du auch im Austausch mit den österreichischen Behörden. PERSONALADMINISTRATION Du unterstützt bei der Personaladministration von Eintritt bis Austritt, erstellst Dienstverträge, Bestätigungen und Zeugnisse. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du die Stammdatenpflege, verwaltest Personalakten und hilfst bei der Datenauswertung sowie der Erstellung von Statistiken. INTERNER ANSPRECHPARTNER Nach entsprechender Einarbeitung bist du Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter bezüglich abrechnungsrelevanter und arbeitsrechtlicher Fragen.…
