Deine Aufgaben im Restaurant: Als Management-Trainee beginnst du eine Ausbildung ins Restaurant Management und erlernst alle operativen Prozesse im Restaurant. Du lernst alle Stationen im Restaurant und stellst dich den täglichen Herausfordeurngen im Restaurantalltag. Du absolvierst interne Ausbildungen und unterstützt die Restaurantleitung bei der Personalplanung, der Einführung neuer Produkte und einer optimalen Warenbewirtschaftung.
