Ihre Aufgaben Strategische Planung: Optimierung der Luftfracht- Exportprozesse hinsichtlich Effizienz, Geschwindigkeit und Profitabilität. Operative Steuerung: Verantwortung für das Tagesgeschäft inkl. Planung, Buchung, Zollabfertigung, Zustellung sowie Kostenkontrolle. Teamführung: Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams. Performance-Optimierung: Analyse von Kennzahlen und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen. Kundenmanagement: Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen. Prozess- & Risikomanagement: Verbesserung von Abläufen sowie Minimierung operativer Risiken. Finanz- & Compliance-Verantwortung: Budgetkontrolle und Sicherstellung gesetzlicher Vorgaben.
