What you’ll do You’ll be responsible for editing high-performing short-form content and actively contributing your own content ideas. You’ll work with our team and Christoph (influencer), but you’re not just executing — you’re helping shape what gets made. If you are able to travel to the office, you will also record on-site with Christoph. 1) Editing (speed + retention) Edit short-form videos in a fast, engaging style (meme + educational + storytelling). Strong pacing: hooks, pattern interrupts, captions/subtitles, sound design, punchlines. Optimize for retention and rewatchability, not cinematic quality. Follow proven formats and push them further. 2) Ideation (your own ideas matter) Proactively bring your own content ideas, hooks, and formats — not just execute briefs. Spot trends early…
