ATHLETE EXPERIENCE & VISIT COORDINATION Plan, organize, and coordinate athlete visits, including appointments, schedules, and last-minute adjustments. Be a trusted point of contact for athletes before, during, and after their visits, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Anticipate athlete needs, proactively solve challenges, and help create a welcoming, world-class environment. Collect athlete feedback and contribute ideas to continuously improve the athlete journey. PERFORMANCE PLANNING & COORDINATION Coordinate athlete performance visits, ensuring smooth planning and delivery of assessments, training sessions, and interdisciplinary services.
