Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end execution of physical green coffee contracts, including purchases, sales and shipments. Coordinate with coffee traders, suppliers, customers, warehouses, freight forwarders and shipping lines. Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates and invoices. Monitor shipment schedules, vessel movements, delivery deadlines and contractual obligations. Manage inventory movements, warehouse releases, stock reconciliations and logistics costs. Ensure accurate trade capture and updates within the trading or ERP system. Support contract execution under relevant coffee trade terms, including ECF and GCA rules.…
