Du bist 1st Level Support für Invoice-to-Pay Prozesse in der länderübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Service Centern und den Fachabteilungen. Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen die Mitarbeit bei Teilprojekten zur weiteren Optimierung und Automatisierung der Invoice-to-Pay Prozesse und bei der Abwicklung von Sonderprozessen Invoice-to-Pay für die Rechtseinheiten in Österreich und der Schweiz. Die lokale Postbearbeitung am Standort inkl. Dokumenten Routing, Erstellung buchhaltungsspezifischer Reports und Berichten liegt in deiner Verantwortung.
