DEVELOP PROCESSES AND TOOLS You’ll maintain and further develop HR processes and tools within your area of responsibility, working closely with your manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and reliable solutions. BE A SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT You’ll act as the first point of contact for questions related to your area of responsibility. In collaboration with the IT department, you’ll coordinate resolution of incidents and new requirements. MANAGE PROJECTS AND CHANGE You’ll manage enhancement projects and change requests in line with Red Bull methodologies and standards while coordinating stakeholders to drive improvements across the HRIS landscape.
