Unser Kunde ist ein international tätiges Unternehmen im Bereich Informations- und Datenmanagement. Am Standort in Strasshof werden Dokumente und Daten sicher archiviert, verwaltet und digitalisiert. Das Unternehmen steht für hohe Sicherheitsstandards, Qualität und zuverlässige Dienstleistungen. Für einen Auftrag von 3–4 Monaten (Verlängerung möglich) suchen wir Archivierungskräfte (all genders) zur Verstärkung des Teams in Strasshof. Ihre Aufgaben Vorbereitung und Sortierung von Dokumenten Scannen und digitale Erfassung von Unterlagen Kontrolle der eingescannten Dokumente auf Vollständigkeit und Qualität Ordnungsgemäße Archivierung und Ablage von Dokumenten Allgemeine Tätigkeiten im Bereich Dokumentenverwaltung
